Things to consider when buying your electric fence tape

Unlike wire, tape has a wider surface area making it more prone to the elements especially high winds. This can cause your fence to sway and this can affect both the stability and tension of your fence. We always advise people to choose the thinnest width appropriate to their fencing needs. This reduces the drag and time taken in repairing or maintaining your fence.

We offer a high visibility tape in white as well as standard tape which comes in green and white. All tape will last longer when stored appropriately, we also offer electric fence reels for storage.

Tape is more suited to short or mid length fences due to it susceptibility to wind over longer distances. If you are planning on covering longer distances then wire may be more suitable.
