Delivery Policy

Once payment is received, on most occasions we process and dispatch orders on the same day, during the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and national holidays). We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability. However, please allow up to seven days to receive your order. International orders may take slightly longer.

Cost

There is a small delivery charge for England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. For international deliveries please contact us for delivery charges.

Receiving your Goods

Please note that all orders require a signature on delivery. Please note that two or more failed deliveries will incur an extra charge per attempt, or if the item is returned to us, this will also incur an extra charge.

If it is difficult to have someone available to receive the parcel, we can deliver to a neighbour or another specified address. We can also leave a delivery in a safe place without a signature if you specifically instruct us to do so, but please note that we will not be liable if the goods go missing.

Before you sign for the delivery, please check that you have received the correct goods as detailed on the delivery sheet, and that there is no obvious damage.

Our Returns Policy

We operate a full guarantee, which means that if for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase simply return it to us in its original condition within 10 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. 

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse

If the return is due to an error we have made we will refund the delivery charges if applicable. Please contact us for information.

If the item is either faulty or damaged we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us for information.

Cancellation Policy

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.

We will refund you in full for the items, minus the original delivery charge, on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
